Responsibilities
- Reviewing and preparing reports on title
- Running a conveyancing sale/purchase file from start to finish
- Ability to run a new build sale or purchase file from start to finish
- Review Sale Agreements/Option Agreements/Agreements for Lease and prepare reports
- Review property certificates/searches/service enquiries/CPSE Enquiries and report on same
- Prepare straightforward general conditions of sale contracts
- Ability to prepare First Registration/Registration applications at the Land Registry
- Prepare SDLT Returns
Requirements
- 2-4 Years PQE
- Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Knowledge of working with residential or commercial property files
- Client relationship management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other practice areas such as Employment, Corporate and Construction
