Senior Paralegal or newly qualified Solicitor in Catastrophic Injury team at DWF. Managing RTA/Motor injury claims within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Provide support to senior team members managing a complex, multi-track catastrophic injury caseload – the majority of the cases you handle will be RTA/Motor injury.
Draft court documents, attend hearings, and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
Conduct liability investigations, gather and assess evidence, and prepare client advice.
Identify appropriate medical experts and draft detailed instructions for expert reports.
Review and analyse medical records and other case-related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system in line with client service level agreements.
Perform general administrative duties to support case progression.
Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional communication at all times.
Requirements
An experienced Paralegal or newly qualified Solicitor
Previous experience, managing a claimant or defendant personal injury caseload independently or under supervision (preferably including RTA/Motor injury)
Exposure to Fast Track and/or Multi Track personal injury claims.
Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively while meeting strict deadlines.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
