About the role
- Paralegal in Bristol assisting Major Injury and Casualty team. Supporting legal team with case progression and administrative duties in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners and support qualified individuals with the progression of cases through litigation process.
- Act as a trusted member of the team whilst taking responsibility for tasks, including updating files and liaising with third parties.

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the legal team.
- Support the team in managing case files and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- A real interest in EL/PL, RTA, personal injury or catastrophic injury cases, preferably with previous experience.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines.
- Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility, willingness to learn on the job and to participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data.
