Responsibilities
- Support the Interconnection Management Systems (IMS) team by helping convert incoming support requests into clear, structured Jira work items.
- Review incoming support tickets and assist in converting them into clear, actionable Jira stories.
- Identify missing information or unclear problem statements and follow up with appropriate stakeholders.
- Tag and categorize work by program, complexity, and issue type to support effective triage.
- Assist with backlog grooming and workflow organization.
- Help identify repeating issues, trends, or documentation gaps.
- Support Agile ceremonies as a participant (e.g., standups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Assist with maintaining relevant project support documentation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 4‑year degree program (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) and not graduating prior to August 2026.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to ask questions, seek clarification, and work through ambiguity.
- Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during the summer internship period.
