- Reconciling bank statements.

- Ensuring the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
- Practicing effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
- Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers, as well as controlling petty cash spending.
- Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
- Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
