Responsibilities
Conduct sample analyses using LFD and ELISA test kits in accordance with established procedures, package instructions, and defined study timelines.
Interpret analytical results, ensure accurate and complete data entry, and perform thorough data reviews.
Uphold all quality control requirements while supporting routine laboratory operations, including solution preparation, sample cleanup, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Deliver virtual and on ‑ site product training to customers, maintaining a professional and service ‑ oriented approach (travel <10%).
Provide technical support by addressing product inquiries and resolving product ‑ related issues through structured troubleshooting.
Support customer validation studies (MARs) by preparing clear protocols, articulating scientific rationale, and producing detailed reports with well ‑ defined, actionable conclusions.
Requirements
Completion of coursework in a science ‑ related discipline
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated prior laboratory experience
Ability to effectively engage in customer ‑ facing interactions and training
Familiarity with applicable quality and regulatory standards
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
