About the role

Responsibilities
- You advise employees on individual employment law — by phone, in writing, and digitally
- You attend court hearings
- You draft pleadings and out-of-court correspondence
- You handle cases independently and act as the primary contact for your clients

Requirements
- Initial professional experience (at least 6 months) in employment law (advising employees and/or employers)
- Strong interest in employment law topics and developments
- Excellent written and verbal argumentation skills
- Attention to detail, personal responsibility, and high standards for your work
- Willingness to manage cases independently — with an eye for quality and practical applicability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with clients — clear, empathetic, and on equal footing
- Experience or interest in improving digital law-firm processes — working together with lawyers, developers and non-lawyers
- Confidence in digital work environments (e.g., cloud tools, automations, case management systems)
- Structured working style, good time management and solution-oriented thinking
- Enthusiasm for shaping legal work, thinking ahead and taking on responsibility
