About the role
- Product Owner for Microsoft ERP responsible for strategic product development and team leadership. Collaborating across teams for continuous improvement and technology scouting.
Responsibilities
- Strategically define and evolve the product, its features and components
- Develop roadmaps for migrating our existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) landscape to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Continuously improve our template and reliably implement customer requirements
- Scout and evaluate new technologies
- Develop the sourcing strategy (make-or-buy) and optimize SLAs
- Provide technical leadership for the product team with a focus on strengthening employees’ self-organization and supporting the team’s professional development
- Own responsibility for the product budget
Requirements
- University degree in IT, business administration or a related field
- Extensive professional experience with ERP software and ERP implementations
- Experience in budget, project and people management with successfully developed and implemented IT solutions — international experience desirable
- Knowledge of agile approaches such as OKR, DevOps and SCRUM, as well as modern leadership methods
- Fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
