About the role
- Intern assisting in web application development for fire service management software at Dräger. Engaging in various test data and API integration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create test data for QA and development systems for Drägerware.ZMS
- Implement API integration tests for the new REST API
- Evaluate and develop prototypes for a BI tool to analyze existing raw data
- Evaluate and create a prototype Excel report based on raw data
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Computer Science or Software Development degree program (at least 4th semester) or a comparable field of study
- Ideally, basic knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java or Python
- Ideally, basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Ideally, basic knowledge of REST APIs (REST, HTTP protocol, etc.)
- Ideally, initial experience in Data Science or a strong interest in becoming a Data Scientist
- Ideally, basic Excel skills (preparing raw data in Excel, e.g., via C# or similar)
- Good English skills are desirable
