About the role
- Operative Einkäufer responsible for order processing and supplier collaboration at DocMorris. Engaging in strategic purchasing and strong interface teamwork to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Processing and tracking customer- and warehouse-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
- Placing special orders in coordination with Strategic Procurement
- Monitoring delivery deadlines and taking proactive action in case of deviations
- Communicating with suppliers to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships
- Close collaboration with interfaces such as Accounting, Customer Service and Marketing
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent background
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing / inventory planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG sectors
- Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and a good sense of priorities
- Team player with clear, respectful communication skills
- Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
