About the role

• Risk Control Framework Tester responsible for managing local risk control framework at AGCO Finance. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with controls and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Control Testing
• Continuous Improvement
• Ensure all RCF tasks are completed by the deadline.
• Maintain quality of control documentation and testing results.
• Monitor remediation on ineffective controls and reporting to the MT/LRC.
• Lead SOD and Electronic Audit Evidence (EAE) approach.
• Communication and Stakeholder Liaison.
• Data Privacy Coordination.

Requirements

• RCF testing results and speed of communication and effective resolution of control issues.
• Completeness, accuracy and timeliness of entries and access to the Archer system.
• Documentation and testing of control activities in line with group requirements and deadlines.
• Timely remediation of issues.
• Maintenance and communication of an annual ‘calendar’ including key milestones and events.
• Number of SOD exceptions and timeliness and resolution of SOD conflicts recorded in the SOFY system.
• Built meaningful relationships with the Centre of Excellence team.
• Demonstrable success in embedding robust control processes, monitoring, and testing.
• Analytical and quickly able to get to the root cause of an issue.
• Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and plan all required activities and get things done.
• Strong personal drive and initiative.
• Experience working with both internal and external audit.
• Familiar with Segregation of Duties (SOD) philosophy and approach.
• An understanding of Data Privacy.
