Data Analyst supporting the Transformation Group EU with process mining and data analysis. Collaborating with local markets to improve processes based on data insights.
Responsibilities
Translate EU Group KPI's into Process measurement points
Advise and support system teams within the Area on applying clearly defined and uniform system measurement logs (time stamps)
Form a (virtual) Community of Practice around data analysis and process mining with relevant stakeholders from the Market OPS functions and build governance around the use and adoption of the tools for this CoP.
Ensure measurement can take place across the entire life cycle of a contract (from quote to application to contract until end-of-lease)
Analysis of data in support of decision making on products and services in the context of further standardization and removing non-value add variances
Cooperate with Business Change & Process Owners and Product Owners on continuous measurement processes and creating insight in process flows.
Cooperate with Financial Product Management on creating insights into actual usage of specific products & service variances.
Cooperate with Market OPS functions on creating insights in actual usage of process flows deviating from the designed flow, including root cause analysis.
Cooperate with Market IT stacks not being part of the formal EU Group structure and support measurements and analysis across their specific Product, Service and Process chains.
Connect and align with other user groups within DLL and Rabobank on specific analysis tooling (a.o. Celonis, PowerBI)
As a member of the Data Analysis and Process Mining scrum team, deliver value based on quarterly goals.
Requirements
A skilled and enthusiastic Business Intelligence professional
Proven experience in supporting an organization to become more data literate
Proven experience in translating and setting up a framework in which the ‘global’ strategic KPIs are translated into operational KPIs for the teams in the markets and for the squads.
Strong ability to design and implement dashboards from an end-user perspective.
Ability to analyze data and presents it in a way that it tells a story.
Excellent Analytical skills and Helicopter view
Good verbal communication skills
Fluent English
(Lean and SixSigma) Process Management mindset (preferably BlackBelt)
Proven change management skills and able to enthusiastically drive and lead a CoP.
