Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating Help Center articles
- Assist in creating and updating Feature documentation
- Assist in creating and updating Onboarding guides
- Assist in creating and updating Release notes
- Assist in creating and updating Internal process documentation
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features
- Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation
- Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)
- Help structure and maintain our knowledge base
- Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases
- Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent writing skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in technology and digital products
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
- Previous experience in technical writing or content creation (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with documentation tools (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, APIs, or software development concepts (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Markdown (Nice to Have)
