About the role
- L3 Application Support for Global IT outsourcing firm requiring Angular expertise and troubleshooting. Performance analysis and support in a hybrid work setup for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Receiving complex incidents escalated from Level 1 support teams
- Performing in-depth analysis and investigation of each incident
- Diagnosing system faults
- Collaborating with Domain Lead for technical details
- Communicating with end customers for issue clarification
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting potential problems to the Problem Manager
- Reviewing and investigating problems for root causes
- Working with the Domain Lead to evaluate problem resolution approaches
- Analyzing business processes impacted by incidents or problems
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer
- 1+ year of experience in Level 2 Application Support
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)
- Strong proficiency in Angular
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and VS Code
- Knowledge of Git and Gitflow workflows
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
