About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop customer-centered product features end-to-end with a strong focus on the frontend (React)
- Translate real user problems into intuitive UI/UX and seamless user flows
- Take full ownership of features — from concept and design to implementation and release
- Work closely with founders and customers to gather requirements and iterate quickly
- Contribute to product roadmap decisions and continuously improve the design system
- Ensure high code quality through modern development practices (Git, code reviews, CI/CD)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend or product engineering roles, with strong expertise in React
- Proven experience in UI/UX or product design and the ability to think from the user's perspective
- Solid understanding of modern web development workflows (Git, ticketing systems, CI/CD)
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
- Strong ownership mentality, adaptability, and motivation to work in a startup environment
- Nice to have: experience with Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL/Supabase, or cloud platforms
