About the role
- Project Manager implementing cloud solutions for clients at Diabolocom. Overseeing complex projects and collaborating with various teams for successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- You manage complex end-to-end projects in both Build and Run phases for clients across various sectors (retail, healthcare, real estate, etc.): scoping, solution configuration (contact center, AI...), integration with the client’s IT ecosystem (CRM, business applications), testing phases, deployment and continuous optimization.
- You oversee project governance by defining governance structures, setting milestones, managing risks, and ensuring commitments are met (quality, timelines).
- You are responsible for the telecom aspects of projects: number allocation, portability, handling regulatory updates from ARCEP, etc.
- You manage client relationships and lead steering committee meetings.
- You act as a trusted expert advisor, providing recommendations based on industry best practices to optimize the performance of deployed solutions.
- You work closely with Sales, Product, Technical and Customer Operations teams.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience interacting directly with clients.
- Engineering degree with significant project management experience, preferably at a cloud software vendor.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interest in web technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
