Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to advise on analytics that answer business questions with data.
Deliver dashboards, reports, actionable insights and findings.
Lead collaboration to technically advance analytics capabilities and manage project plans.
Drive standards and data literacy across stakeholders.
Play a key role in People Data Governance Office.
Manage a community of people data owners and lead data quality initiatives.
Stay abreast of trends/studies in people science and engage in thought partnership related to employee feedback programs.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
Experience in a people analytics or related analytical role.
Strong consultative skills and aptitude for identifying needs and defining scalable solutions.
Excellent communicator and project manager, capable of conveying roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistical analysis techniques, and predictive modeling.
Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (Tableau, Excel, SQL, BigQuery).
