Responsibilities
The Program Manager serves as the primary operational leader for the ICAM-ES III effort
Responsible for managing and coordinating ICAM teams, overseeing contractor resources, and delivering program management outcomes in a DevOps and Agile delivery environment
This role drives execution across technical strategies, product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, communications, technical writing, UI/UX, and staffing in close coordination with Federal ICAM leadership
Position is contingent upon award and client approval.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible program or project management experience
At least five (5) years leading complex federal (or similarly regulated) IT/cybersecurity programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is required; in lieu of a degree, candidates must possess fourteen (14) years of progressively responsible experience described above
Ability to document and demonstrate certification, experience, and ICAM-related knowledge as part of Key Personnel qualification submission requirements
Understanding of and familiarity with working in an Agile environment
PMP Certification (Active)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefing development and facilitation.
