About the role

• Werkstudent im Projektmanagement für Windkraftunternehmen in Osnabrück. Unterstützung der Projektleitung und Optimierung interner Prozesse bei der Umsetzung von Projekten.

Responsibilities

• You support the project management team across various internal projects — from project conception to completion
• You accompany the implementation of assigned projects across different subject areas (organization, software, development and transformation)
• You take on administrative tasks within the department
• You are responsible for handling work packages within the various projects
• You communicate within the projects with internal teams, customers and external partners (m/f/d) to ensure smooth project execution
• You contribute to the optimization and development of existing functionalities and processes within the internal software landscape
• You prepare manuals, instructions, presentations and other project-specific documentation

Requirements

• You are a enrolled student in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a comparable degree program
• You have already gained initial practical work experience
• You enjoy exploring and familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and have an affinity for software
• You are communicative, flexible and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual as well as goal- and solution-oriented working methods
