About the role

  • Product Administration Agent at Desjardins providing administrative support for member/client accounts and specialized products. Responding to client requests and developing work processes for operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts
  • Respond to client requests for information about specialized products
  • Review requests, research solutions, and make recommendations
  • Identify and analyze client complaints, recommend solutions and follow up as needed
  • Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics
  • Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
  • Help develop and implement work processes and methods for your unit

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
