- Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic directions and other administrative units within a performance management framework
- Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in accordance with Desjardins’ values
- Define and ensure execution of activities related to the unit’s services and carry projects to completion to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction
- Support the administrative unit’s action plan by effectively managing individual and team performance
- Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
- Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
- Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of nine years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
