Responsibilities
Conduct frequent in-person visits to client sites; this is a field-based role that requires regular driving to customer locations.
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with strategic accounts through scheduled meetings and consistent follow-up.
Renew service agreements accurately and on time.
Improve profitability through operational, pricing, and contractual initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Demonstrate Dempsey’s value through analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Introduce new products and services to expand account revenue.
Identify and manage strategic accounts based on corporate criteria.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to expand or enhance services within each account.
Track market conditions and competitor activity affecting assigned customers.
Lead special projects and oversee the resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements
Experience managing key or strategic accounts, ideally within a service-driven environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with comfort meeting customers face-to-face.
Analytical ability to assess needs, evaluate performance, and present insights.
A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple accounts.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel frequently for on-site customer meetings.
