About the role

• Middleware between customer managers and GIS data processing focused on data quality in a tech-forward environment. Collaborate cross-functional to support capacity planning and documentation validation.

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between our Customer Managers and the colleagues responsible for processing data in our Geographic Information System (labeling).
• Take ownership of the quality of our documentation data deliverables so we can provide customers with seamless, digital real-time capture.
• When necessary, perform data corrections yourself.
• As a primary contact and supporter for our labeling team, contribute to cross-team capacity planning.
• This also includes the validation and preparation of our customer network expansion planning.

Requirements

• You already have experience in data processing within Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or come from a similar role in the network construction/utility sector.
• You have a keen eye for detail and are motivated to take responsibility for geoinformation data processing.
• You have high quality standards and consider yourself highly organized.
• You are a team player and are comfortable proactively requesting support or delegating tasks.
• You speak German fluently (C1) and have good English skills (B2).
• You have a residence in Germany (possibility to work up to 183 days/year in another EU country).
