About the role
- Salesforce Tech Lead overseeing development and ensuring platform stability for Decision Foundry's Salesforce solutions. Bridging architectural designs and development, while leading a team of developers in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the tactical execution of the Salesforce platform’s stability and enhancement phases.
- Bridge the gap between high-level architectural designs and actual development work.
- Oversee a team of developers to ensure data integrations are optimized.
- Ensure ProTrac-to-Tulip migration follows strict GxP coding standards.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for all code (Apex, LWC, Flows) and conduct daily onsite code reviews.
