About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of annual financial statements
- Technical supervision and coaching of accountants
- Analysis and improvement of digital accounting processes
- Providing high-level advisory services internally and externally
- Active and interactive collaboration with our client on annual financial statements (on-site and remote)
Requirements
- Completed advanced training as a Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or extensive, multi-year experience as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte)
- At least 5 years' professional experience in accounting and preparation of annual financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of DATEV
- Strong knowledge of digital accounting processes
- High advisory competence and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Experience in project management
- Coaching mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
