Responsibilities
Support the commercial team in creating, organizing and tracking proposals, contracts and related documentation.
Update and manage the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipefy), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Control the sales pipeline, opportunities, renewals and commercial metrics.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth handoffs between internal teams.
Schedule events, workshops and commercial appointments.
Arrange meetings with clients, partners and prospects, keeping the team’s calendar organized.
Assist the sales team with meeting preparation, presentations and sending commercial proposals.
Prepare reports, dashboards and analyses of commercial KPIs (conversion rate, sales cycle, forecasts, etc.).
Standardize processes and identify improvements to optimize commercial operations.
Assist the finance team with reconciliation of contract, billing and due-date related data.
Track internal requests, follow up with clients and maintain aligned administrative routines.
Requirements
Previous experience with administrative routines and/or commercial/sales operations.
Strong organizational skills for data management and process control.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical profile, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
Experience in technology companies or cloud consulting firms.
Basic knowledge of sales metrics and commercial operations.
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pipefy).
