Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in technical support, ideally with a focus on networks or security
- Knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and IT security solutions
- Initial experience in project work is an advantage
- Familiarity with products from Cisco, HP, Sophos or Fortinet is desirable
- Structured, customer-oriented working style and strong team skills
- Good written and spoken German; basic knowledge of English
