Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field
- Several years' experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and virtualization
- Proficiency with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
- Business-level English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a strong advantage
