Responsibilities
You independently plan and manage IT projects and oversee their successful implementation as Project Manager (all genders), from building the infrastructure through transition into operational support.
You are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring IT projects.
You capture customer requirements and oversee project-specific implementation.
You monitor progress and ensure compliance with defined milestones and required changes.
You anticipate risks and deviations in project planning and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
You coordinate external service providers and work in close coordination with our internal service teams.
After a successful transition, you hand the project over to our Service Management team.
Requirements
Initial relevant professional experience in leading IT (transition) projects.
You have a good understanding of IT services and keep up to date with current IT developments and trends.
Ideally, you are familiar with the ITSM model according to ITIL.
You can explain complex technical matters to non-specialists in a clear way and have a structured working style.
You think in terms of service and solutions and communicate proactively.
You have very good German language skills (C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
