About the role
- IT Consultant/IT Infrastructure Specialist advising clients on infrastructure projects, primarily in Microsoft/Active Directory, VMware, or Citrix. Analyzing and optimizing IT infrastructures through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting: You advise our clients on IT infrastructure projects with a focus on Microsoft/Active Directory, VMware, or Citrix.
- Architecture & optimization: You analyze, evaluate, and design complex virtualization environments and optimize the underlying IT infrastructure.
- Effective solutions: You develop tailored concepts for demanding technical and functional challenges in heterogeneous system landscapes.

Requirements
- IT is your home: You have a successfully completed IT qualification (e.g., as an IT specialist) or bring equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft expertise: You have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services.
- Networking fundamentals: Basic knowledge of networking technologies (routers, switches, DNS, DHCP) — or the motivation to further expand your expertise in this area.
- Virtualization as a strength: Ideally you have experience with VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V and feel comfortable working in virtualized environments.
- Communication & service orientation: You demonstrate clear communication, a customer-service mindset, and a confident, personable manner.
