Responsibilities
Development of tailored supply solutions for heat, electricity and cooling
Coordination of project implementation with responsible operational sites and internal stakeholders
Conversion of existing supply sites to renewable heat supply
Customer acquisition and advisory services
On-site customer support
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
Preparation of technical and economic calculations and proposals
Contract negotiations up to contract finalization
Handling public tenders
Support in customer service and billing
Requirements
Degree in a technical field (e.g., industrial engineering in energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering)
Alternatively, a certified technician or equivalent qualifications
3 to 5 years of professional experience in energy engineering or the energy industry
Business administration experience
Experience working with customers, preferably in the energy sector and in contract management
Project management skills, including cost/financial calculations
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRM systems
Business-fluent German language skills
Professional and confident demeanor
