- Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services performed and accessories sold, as well as invoices involving complex billing structures involving multiple entities.
- Identify and process billing adjustments in a timely manner.
- Gather and summarize supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.
- Work directly with customers to provide summary reporting on a monthly basis.
- Analyze customer contracts and system setup to ensure billing accuracy and determine the need for adjustments.
- Monitor customer phone call and email queue, including answering and addressing billing-related customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.
- Create Salesforce Work tickets/cases and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.
- Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email.
- Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute
- Ability to use numerous softwares at any given point
