Responsibilities
Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services performed and accessories sold, as well as invoices involving complex billing structures involving multiple entities.
Identify and process billing adjustments in a timely manner.
Gather and summarize supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.
Work directly with customers to provide summary reporting on a monthly basis.
Analyze customer contracts and system setup to ensure billing accuracy and determine the need for adjustments.
Monitor customer phone call and email queue, including answering and addressing billing-related customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.
Create Salesforce Work tickets/cases and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.
Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email.
Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered
Intermediate Excel skills
Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Sharp eye for detail
Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute
Ability to use numerous softwares at any given point
