System Engineer (m/w/d) engaging in technical incidents and projects in Düsseldorf. Providing on-site support and collaboration with teams for efficient problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Technical handling of incidents, changes and project work
Implementation and support of IT systems
On-site assignments at customer locations and in our datacenter
Support for 2nd and 3rd level support / vendor support
Creation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation
Independent field service activities
Close collaboration with internal teams and customers for efficient problem resolution
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in IT, telecommunications or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of structured building cabling and telecommunications engineering
Experience with protocols such as SIP and TCP/IP
Knowledge of routing/switching and experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems/virtualization desirable
Enjoyment in learning new technologies and commitment to personal development
Independent and structured working style as well as strong teamwork skills
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct contact with our customers
Coordination and conduct of customer meetings to plan installation appointments
Driving licence class B (car)
