Responsibilities
Fault analysis and root-cause investigations in enterprise LAN, WLAN and security environments, including communication with the vendor
Support in developing complex design and integration concepts for enterprise LAN, WLAN and security environments within the Cisco ecosystem
Advise our customers on network architecture, design and operations
Implement changes and upgrades in customer networks
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
Proven experience in implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and security solutions
Knowledge in SDN (Cisco Catalyst Center, SD-Access) desirable
Ideally Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, Wireless or equivalent or higher)
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and structured working style as well as ability to work in a team
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
ITIL knowledge and certification desirable
Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct customer contact
