As the only shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Dakota County, Dakota Woodlands creates a pathway to sustainable and independent housing for families experiencing homelessness by providing a continuum of supportive services.
Our main goal is to help families secure and maintain permanent, supportive housing.
We do this through a person-centered care partnership and supportive services that lead families to a place of independence.
