About the role
- Senior FP&A Analyst for DailyPay, bridging finance and strategic decision-making. Responsible for Gross Margin analysis and financial reporting integrity in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge to the Accounting team during the month-end close
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Gross Margin
- Build, scale, and maintain dynamic financial models
- Drive the creation of high-stakes content for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Implement and manage rigorous reconciliation processes
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and dynamic financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
- A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and the nuances of the monthly close process
- Ability to distill complex financial datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior business partners
- A "team-first" attitude with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners and other subgroups within StratFin
- Experience with financial systems and BI tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Tableau (Nice to Have)
