Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales reconciliation and payout/settlement activities for the marketplace operation;
- Lead the accounting closing routines for the marketplace operation;
- Perform reconciliations of sales, commissions, fees and fines;
- Provide financial support to the business areas (Marketplace / Commercial / Operations);
- Provide financial support to sellers (marketplace partners);
- Prepare performance monitoring reports for the marketplace operation;
- Manage payments for the marketplace operation (sellers, fees, adjustments);
- Handle collections related to sellers' negative balances;
- Support projects related to the marketplace operation (enhancements, automations, integrations);
- Conduct market monitoring, benchmarking and feasibility analysis for new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed - Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Language: Spanish is a plus;
- Preferred: Specialization or postgraduate degree in Finance;
- Specific knowledge: Financial Management, Budgeting, Modeling, Advanced Excel, Planning and Accounting.
