About the role
- IT Procurement Specialist supporting Global IT organization with procurement, financial administration, and supplier coordination activities. Managing IT spend and ensuring collaboration across regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Orders end to end, including requisition creation, tracking, and invoice follow-up
- Track IT-related spend and maintain procurement and reporting tools
- Support the adoption and execution of end-to-end procurement processes across Europe and the US
- Collect, organize, and maintain contracts with IT service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms
- Coordinate the transition of contracts across different legal entities
- Communicate regularly with regional IT leads to monitor local spend and ongoing activities
- Collaborate with local IT teams to support IT service requests and procurement needs
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers regarding invoicing and payment-related topics
- Support accurate cost allocation and recharge processes
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the IT function as required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related function
- Solid understanding of source-to-pay / procure-to-pay processes
- Good knowledge of IT functions and services
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound financial understanding and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills

- Previous exposure to supplier and contract management
