- International Collaboration: Occasionally traveling to Switzerland and internationally to meet clients and collaborate with our team at headquarters in Zurich.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in leading large-scale data transformation programs or management consulting.
- Proven track record in project management and a solid understanding of the Data & AI lifecycle (from data strategy to production-grade AI).
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational landscapes.
- A down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and pragmatic attitude. You are a "doer" who can also think big.
- Native-level or excellent professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
