About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic development, securing, and stable operation of the Microsoft Entra ID environment
- Ensuring a technically sound and regulatorily compliant implementation of IAM requirements and cloud security standards
- Establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving auditable IAM processes
- Advising and supporting company-wide projects on the integration of applications into Entra ID and existing IAM structures
- Close collaboration with adjacent IAM disciplines and active knowledge transfer within the team
- Independently supporting internal and external audits in the IAM domain
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the cyber security field (engineering or architecture), ideally in a regulated environment
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and a deep understanding of modern IAM concepts
- Strategic thinking and the ability to sustainably develop products, platforms, or security services
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
