Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and standardization across finance operations
- Execute transformation projects aligned with the organization’s finance strategy and operational priorities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve data quality
- Serve as a subject matter expert in finance and accounting processes, including Finance Planning and Analysis, Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Partner with accounting teams to enhance financial close, reconciliations, and reporting processes
- Drive initiatives to improve finance processes through automation, standardization, and technology solutions
- Manage multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Partner with finance leaders, accounting teams, IT, and business stakeholders to define and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or finance transformation
- Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent professional years of experience
- CPA, or MBA is preferred
