Responsibilities
Plan and execute content strategy for CUPOLA's social media channels, leadership profiles, and strategic projects
Create editorial calendars and define tone/voice by channel
Create social media content, adapting it for different formats and each channel's voice in line with business objectives
Transform business, market, and product topics into relevant content for top, middle, and bottom of the funnel
Support the development of consultants' professional profiles using content, timing, and engagement to build relationships and generate opportunities
Manage comments and direct messages on CUPOLA's social media profiles
Create ad content for Meta Ads and Google Ads
Analyze content performance and propose continuous improvements based on data
Monitor trends and content opportunities on social media
Ensure consistency of brand voice, positioning, and narrative
Actively participate in brainstorming and planning processes
Track company results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience managing brand social media accounts and executive profiles
Strong editorial planning skills and the ability to write with strategic intent
Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram in business contexts
Ability to interpret performance metrics and a solid understanding of the funnel and customer journey
Ability to adapt content into different formats
