Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support customer data projects.
Conduct thorough and accurate research across diverse tender websites to obtain necessary information and insights such as net pricing information or award criteria details and scorings.
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from customers and translating them into clear specifications.
Assist with customer related activities, i.e., perform data analysis and generate valuable insights and reports
Transform data into compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and customers
Perform data quality assessment to ensure reports and insights delivered to customers are correct and high quality.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team, sales colleagues and global partnership team on important customer initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Highly skilled in MS Excel, with the capability to organize, review, and edit data efficiently.
Excellent communicator and being able to work with diverse people profiles and teams
Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis will be a plus
Basic knowledge of Python, with the ability to read and understand existing scripts, identify repetitive tasks, and contribute to simple automation solutions, will be also a plus
Previous working experience in Pharma/ Life Sciences companies and Public tendering exposure would be a wishful addition
Developed sense of project management, communications skills and teamwork
Basic understanding of the presales processes and sales support
