About the role

  • Analista de Remuneração Executiva Sr. analyzing compensation data and implementing remuneration programs at UOL. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure execution of remuneration policies and competitive practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data, model scenarios, and present reports to the board.
  • Implement and ensure the execution of compensation programs, including calculation and management of profit-sharing programs (PPR), sales variable compensation (RV), and long-term incentive programs (LTIP/PILP).
  • Facilitate communication of fixed and variable compensation policies (short-term incentive/ICP and long-term incentive/ILP) to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in salary surveys to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the market.
  • Stay up to date on fixed and variable compensation trends and applicable labor laws.
  • Report compensation information for official filings such as the Reference Form and Form 20-F.
  • Lead compensation projects and serve as the primary point of reference within the executive compensation team.
  • Interface directly with internal areas such as Compensation teams, HR/Payroll, Legal, Corporate Legal, Commercial Planning, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid experience with fixed and variable compensation.
  • Knowledge of labor, corporate and regulatory laws (CVM/SEC).
  • Experience with short-term (ICP) and long-term (ILP) variable compensation programs.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to read and write emails and participate in meetings in English with stakeholders.
