Responsibilities
- Support integration of data across enterprise systems, platforms, and repositories
- Assist with development and maintenance of data pipelines and automated workflows

- Support API-based data exchanges and system interoperability
- Assist in operationalizing data governance policies through technical configuration and system alignment
- Support metadata tagging, data classification, and lineage documentation
- Help maintain system inventories and map data flows across business applications
- Support onboarding of systems into data catalog environments
- Assist in monitoring data quality indicators and resolving data consistency issues
- Support implementation of access controls and role-based permissions
- Help identify and troubleshoot data gaps, inconsistencies, and integration failures
- Document system integrations, data flows, and technical processes
- Partner with data stewards, analysts, and system owners to support governance objectives
- Translate business data needs into technical implementation tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering, data integration, data management, IT systems support, or data platform administration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience supporting system integrations or data pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to APIs and structured data formats (JSON/XML)
- Experience documenting systems, workflows, or technical processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
- Ability to obtain and maintain as US Government Secret Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across technical and business teams
- Strong written documentation skills.
