About the role

Responsibilities
- IT-Umgebungen absichern & Sicherheitsstandards umsetzen
- Analyse und Absicherung bestehender Infrastrukturen (Netzwerk, Server, Clients, Cloud)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Firewall-Regeln und Zugriffskonzepten
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. Endpoint Protection, EDR, VPN, M365 Security)
- Schwachstellenmanagement & Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
- Bedrohungen erkennen & Sicherheitsvorfälle managen
- Monitoring sicherheitsrelevanter Ereignisse, Logs & Alarme (z. B. FortiAnalyzer)
- Sensibilisierung des Teams durch Security-Awareness-Impulse und klare Handlungsempfehlungen
- Eigenständig, systematisch & lösungsorientiert arbeiten
- Selbstständige Projektarbeit rund um IT-Security-Themen (intern & bei Kunden)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Admin-Team, Geschäftsführung und ggf. externen Partnern
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitsstrategie – mit technischer Tiefe und Weitblick
Requirements
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IT-Sicherheit
- Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration oder Cyber Security
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit, Firewalls, Windows-Sicherheit, M365 Security
- Erfahrung mit Security-Lösungen wie EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Vertraulichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
