- Payroll & HR Implementation Specialist advising international clients on payroll systems and compliance in Denmark. Involves onboarding clients and collaborating with legal and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Client onboarding and due diligence
- Drafting agreements
- Acting as an expert advisor on Danish payroll, employment law, and HR matters
- Conducting needs analysis and mapping requirements

Requirements
- Experience with payroll (e.g., systems commonly used in Denmark such as Danløn, Visma, or similar), Epos is preferable
- Strong system interest and technical aptitude
- Experience working in a payroll outsourcing environment
- Familiarity with Danish employment law, collective agreements, and reporting requirements (e.g., eIndkomst)
