Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine CSC Generation's corporate development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, operational and financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and integration planning.
Lead post-acquisition operational integration, including aligning systems and processes, driving synergy realization, and implementing performance tracking across acquired portfolio companies.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential investment opportunities within the retail and consumer sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, investors, and potential partners.
Identify and assess risks associated with potential transactions, and develop mitigation strategies to protect CSC Generation's interests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, with experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
