Responsibilities
- We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team.
- You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our Engineering team.
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge automation solutions, primarily focused on enhancing our Client onboarding, operational efficiency and financial processes.
- This role requires a strong blend of software engineering skills, well understanding of Generative AI, and practical experience in implementing sophisticated automation flows.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Python & Node.js Mastery: Expert-level hands-on Python & Node.js skills are mandatory.
- API Frameworks: Deep experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building production-ready services.
- Database Expertise: Solid command of relational database concepts, expert SQL querying skills, and experience with performance tuning.
- Automation Background: Significant experience contributing to or leading large-scale automation projects (e.g., automated financial reporting, bulk data processing, or enterprise-wide workflow orchestration).
- Domain Knowledge: Practical experience in the backend requirements for payment reconciliation and KYC compliance.
- Proficient in speaking English and experienced in collaboration with global teams.
