Responsibilities
Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en opvolgen van leads en verkoopkansen
Presenteren en demonstreren van onze heftrucks en services
Klanten adviseren over onze heftruck- en magazijnoplossingen, vlootmanagement, logistieke systemen en procesoptimalisatie
Opstellen van offertes en onderhandelen binnen gestelde kaders
Onderhouden van klantgegevens en verkoopresultaten in ons CRM-systeem
Uitvoeren van marktverkenning en prijsvergelijkingen
Samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen voor optimale klantoplossingen.
Requirements
HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting
0-3 jaar werkervaring in sales, klantenservice of een andere klantgerichte functie
Interesse in techniek en de heftruckbranche
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
Proactieve, klantgerichte en ondernemende houding
Organisatorisch sterk en een echte teamspeler
Ervaring met CRM-software is een pré.
